I bet I wouldnt be having so much problems if I wasnt using Suse. It insists that I use Yast to install packages for gaim and aim and other common linux apps. The packages are on the CD, but when I install them, they dont seem to be anywhere. *shrug*


I used dos commands when I was 4-6. Ahh the good ol' days of Aldo and this bleepy 3D game Indy 500. Classics...

apt-get install gaim

DONE! most things are put in /usr/bin if you didn't know, but then again, you haven't posted since 2003 so you probably won't see this! w0000t!
